In the Statement it reads, you are already in the prayers of Pope Francis but his coming would be a concrete symbol of his Fatherly concern and his solidarity with your suffering.
It would draw the attention of the world to the situation in South Sudan and we call up on you to begin a program of prayer for his visit, they added.
