Yambio, 9th November 2018. Secretary for Episcopal Church in Western Equatoria Internal Province says the body of the Late Archbishop Peter Munde will arrive in Yambio on Saturday.
Reverend Tito Taban told Anisa Radio that the corpse will be in Juba on Friday for all Bishops and Christians to pay their tribute and it will be flown to Yambio on Saturday.
He calls upon all the faithful to gather for the arrival of the body of the late archbishop on Saturday.
Late Archbishop Peter Munde died on 27 October in Nairobi due to illness.
The Anglican Churches in South Sudan have made arrangements for transportation for the body of the late from Nairobi to South Sudan for the burial.
Peter Munde was ordained a deacon in 1984, he became a priest the following year and he was installed as the Archbishop of the Internal Province of Western Equatoria in December 2016.
He was also the Dean of the Province of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan.
