The speaker really did a great job. Under my research and observation, discipline is the key to any struggles we are facing right now. Whether it is a problem with traffic, increasing of criminals and problems encountered in both school and workplace. The discipline must have been grown on an individual itself. It has to be started from the person who really wanted change. Students nowadays tend to forget this word. Trust me, it is better to study than to work.

Students must mold their discipline even in a very young age. I suggest that discipline must really start at home and by school. It is really hard if you do not know this word. It really works at different aspect. It can be at work, at school, in the gym and everything you do. Once you do not do this, you continuously fail to do the tasks you are expected to do. Maintaining discipline is as hard as having one.
