Sacred Heart Parish celebrates Assumption feast in Rumbek.

Rumbek, 18th August 2017. Sacred Heart Parish of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek on Tuesday marked the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Diocesan Coordinator Monsignor John Mathiang Machol says God chose Mary because of her obedience.
Monsignor Mathiang encourages the faithful not to surrender to forces in the society cause both physical and spiritual deaths.
Coordinator Machol also confirmed 47 candidates during the celebration at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Malual Bab.
