National Minister of Health launches drugs distribution in Tonj

Tonj, 4th August 2017. The National Minister of Health on Thursday launched drugs distribution for neglected tropical diseases in Tonj State.
Riek Gai Kok says elimination of the diseases is beginning in Tonj and will reach states in the whole country, Radio Don Bosco reports.
The minister encourages pupils and students to prioritize education because the country needs learned people.
State Governor Akech Tong Aleu explains that tropical diseases will be kicked out from Tonj.
Governor Tong calls on traditional leaders, elders and MPs to facilitate health workers in distributing the drugs.
The political leaders made the comments in Tonj Freedom Square on Thursday.
