Malakal, 24th May 2018. The Diocesan Administrator in the Catholic Dioceses of Malakal says, the Christian faith is flourishing as many people are receiving sacraments.
Monsignor Roko Taban Musa says, it is a good sign that things are getting better despites of the unrest in the country.
It gives hope to see that people are going back to their towns and continue with normal life.
“Towns like Bor, Malakal and others in the upper Nile region were abandoned due to conflict but citizens are coming back, he says.
Monsignor Taban says the Catholic Church will continue giving its services and support the process of evangelization so that, all may be witness to the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Catholic prelate mentioned that, there are challenges facing the diocese but as Christians, they should not loss hope.
“It is important always to be sign of hope to the hopeless. He says.
