Minister asks refugees to avoid criminal acts.

Arua, 31st July 2018. South Sudan minister for Environment and Forestry cautions their nationals in refugee camps in Uganda not to get involved in criminal acts.
Josephine Napwon Cosmos during the opening of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development or IGAD in Moroto District over the weekend asked South Sudanese to live as brothers and sisters.
She hailed the Uganda government and citizens for accommodating a huge number of South Sudanese citizens.
Napwon said there are promising events showing that peace will return to South Sudan.
The minister appeals to the Uganda government and citizens to continue living in harmony with the South Sudanese refugees.
Ugandan State Minister for Disaster Preparedness, Musa Ecweru, assured IGAD officials that Uganda was committed to support refugees.
He warned that Uganda would not tolerate people who come as refugees to spy on Uganda.
The event that attracted officials from Kenya, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan was organized by the Office of the Prime Minister.
