Yambio, 12th September 2018. The government of Japan has handed over a Japanese funded project of Yambio Vocation Training centre to the Government of Gbudue state.
Speaking at the handover ceremony the Japanese Ambassador to south Sudan H.E Seiji Okada says the Japanese Government is strongly committed to support developmental activities in the Republic of South Sudan.
He mentions that this training centre will build the capacity of young people by training them on how to do different life skill activates.
These will offer training on carpentry, Building, and entrepreneurship skills to young people of Gbudue state among other activities he adds.
For his part the Minister of trade, industry and east African Community affairs Moses Hassan Ayak discloses that the vocation training Centre will benefit a lot of Young people with skills which are needed more for the development of south Sudan.
Gbudue state Governor Daniel Badagbu Rimbasa appreciates the Japanese Government for constructing the Vocation training centre citing that the Centre is the key Empowerment to the Youth of Gbudue state.
He reveals that when young people are engaged in productive activities peace can be maintained in the Country.
The handover ceremony was attended government offal’s and partners on Monday in Yambio.
