Head of Sub office UN OCHA SOUTH SUDAN Mohamed Siryon, reveals challenges in coordinating the return of refugees to the state. Easter Radio Reports.
He says returnees have started coming from Uganda via Kaya but there is no proper plan with partners to coordinate the return process.
Siryon says there is likelihood of tension when people return and find their homes occupied by someone else.
He prompts the need for dialogue to identify areas where IDPs can be settled.
He spoke to Radio Easter in a joint humanitarian meeting in Yei.
