Akol Paul Kordit through Radio Good News appeals for humanitarian assistance to local communities affected by tribal conflict.
He vows that the disarmament process will start without fear.
Paul says after the disarmament, there is need to dialogue with communities to disarm their hearts from the spirit of revenge rooted among people of Lakes States.
Giving communities future skills and developmental strategies by the government will be paramount, he notes.
The official was speaking to Radio Good News last week in Rumbek.
