Cope conduct women monthly forum on issues affecting women.

Yambio, 8th June 2018. Community Organization for peer Educators in partnership with USAID implementing Success project conducts a one day women monthly forum to 50 women to discuss issues affecting women in the Community. 
Speaking during the opening Executive director Ripai Justin Kezito says that the major aim of this women monthly forum is to allow women to air out the problems facing them.
He says that civil societies organizations have realized the women participation in public affairs is very important and they are playing a vital role in CSOs.
Mr. Ripai explains that in this women monthly forum it will build their capacity in identifying key issues affecting them so that they can be able to get solution in solving them.
He calls on women to be committed to voluntarism work to boast their knowledge in order to bring change in the society.
One of the participants Dereyo Veronica Samuel Outlines some of the challenges women are facing is unemployment where an employer demands for sex before offering you the job.
Miss Foiza Gibson another participant says that early marriage, Tribalism and corruption are affecting women because most women are illiterate due to early or forced marriage.
The speakers made the remarks during one day women monthly forum in Yambio.
