Tambura, 20th April 2018. The Project Manager of Catholic Organization Development for Peace in the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio is supervising health Project in Tombura Hospital.
Dominic Albino Batikayo is in Tombura to make follow up on the project their Organization is running in Tombura State.
He reveals that they are implementing Health reproductive program in both Pediatric and maternity wards.
Batikayo adds the Diocese has professional staff including a Doctor who is specialist in women’s affairs who is taking care of the pregnant mothers in the hospital.
These activities are not only for children but they are also supplying the drugs in partnership with World Vision to the Hospital, he adds.
Batikayo mentions that the project started in Tombura in 2016 and materialized in 2017 which is expected to end in December this year and they will apply for the third phase which will be expanded for three years and will cover many places in Western Equatoria Region.
The Project Manager of Catholic Organization for Development and Peace made the remark in an interview with Centenary Radio on Wednesday in Tombura.
