Cofuzus Galle, Sub-chief of Gimunu Boma of Yei River County, says chiefs worked together with the SPLA during the liberation struggle, but now they are not considered.
Chiefs were the ones who fed the SPLA during the 21-year war, now they are not being trusted and respected especially after the independence, he points out.
Chief Galle appeals to the government to stop the ongoing fighting and work for development.
