Yambio, 7th July 2018. The 2018 award of excellence of Catholic Bishop of Tombura-Yambio has been postponed for the second time up to November this year in Yambio.
The occasion Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala is to appreciate and encourages some people in Western Equatoria region for their hard work, Anisa Radio reports.
The award earlier on was supposed to be given in May, was pushed to July and now adjourned to the end of the year.
According to Daudau Caesar Sasa, Chairperson Bishops’ awards the reason for pushing this occasion is because they want to make it colourful as they have not yet received all what it needs for the awards.
Daudau notes that they are working hard on arrangements to make sure the occasion takes place in a very successful way.
He say the committee is collecting data about each nominee for the award in order to know more information about every winner.
The chairperson urges the public not to doubt because it is the church which is organizing the occasion and the program is on process.
He advises the nominees to remain patient and carry on their duties well because the fact is the award is in November this year.
