Wau, 25th July 2017. The University of Bahr Ghazal is planning to open a College of Agriculture and other courses next year.
Paul Malesh, lecturer at the university, discloses that plans to have an Agricultural College and other diploma courses are under way.
Paul encourages science students to join the university next time if they are interested to study agriculture.
He says there are possibilities of opening diploma courses in various fields in economics.
The purpose of having diploma courses in the college of economics is to upgrade the civil servants, the lecturer adds.
Also there will be diploma course in the College of Education for the basic teachers so that they get their training within the university, he points out.
They lecturer says they are working hard for the benefit of the nation.
He made remarks during the gathering of social workers at the ministry of Education Gender And Social Welfare in Wau over the weekend.
