Rumbek, 14th August 2018. The senseless war in South Sudan has finished youth and there will be no future leaders in the country, according to the Coordinator of Justice and Peace in the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek.
Abraham Malual urges South Sudan political leaders to stop exploiting youth and inciting them to fight to maintain their positions.
He says many people who died in South Sudan’s civil war are men and fears that it would create another conflict among women who are now the majority in country.
Women might begin struggling over the few men who have survived the war, he believes.
Malual appeals to young people in South Sudan not again to listen to advices of wrong politicians.
The coordinator made the remarks on Sunday in an interview to Good News Radio in Rumbek.
