Juba, 26th July 2017. The Catholic Archdiocese of Juba announces a decision to readjust its administration.
In a circular, Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro appoints Fr Samuel Abe Secretary-General and Fr Noel Nyombe private secretary with effect from the first of August.
The Archbishop earlier encouraged all clergy, religious and the faithful to continue “living Christian life and Catholic faith in the best active and honest way everyday”.
The Metropolitan Archbishop of Juba says Pope and other Vatican authorities have not forgotten South Sudan.
He says the world bodies are involved in working for peace and the welfare of the young country.
Archbishop Lukudu communicates to all clergy, religious and the faithful of Juba greetings and blessings of Pope Francis from Vatican City of Rome.
He prays and wishes all God’s blessings.
